Please read these terms and conditions carefully and feel free contact us if you have any queries.

Bookings can be made on our website using the booking system provided by SetMore.com. You can also make bookings in person or by contacting me by email at info@friendlyhighlandtours.co.uk. Such bookings will not confirmed until I issue your booking confirmation. Online Booking is preferred to pay your deposit easily and securely.

The amount paid during the online booking process is a deposit to secure your booking. The remainder of the tour costs will be payable to your driver on the day of your tour once all aspects such as duration and itinerary have been agreed.

Friendly Highland Tours shall do everything reasonably possible to provide your tour services as planned, I reserve the right to alter your itinerary if I am required to do so. Alterations will be minor and disruption will be kept to a minimum. We will try to advise you of them at the earliest possible date. Please also be aware that travelling by road can be unpredictable due to weather, road conditions or traffic and I cannot guarantee that your tour will go as planned.

In the unlikely event that your plans need to be changed for reasons including (but not limited to) illness, severe traffic or weather, we will notify you as quickly as possible in order to enable you to decide how you wish to proceed. If this happens you are entitled to take an alternative tour of your choice or cancel your booking and obtain a full refund of your deposit.

If you wish to cancel your booking after our booking confirmation has been issued, you should inform me as soon as possible – the effective date of cancellation will be the date upon which we receive your notification. In the event of a cancellation, charges may apply as shown below:

• • A cancellation more than 48 hours before the tour departs or for reasons listed above – your deposit will be refunded.
  • In the event of a “no show” OR a cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour departs – your deposit will be retained to cover our costs.
