Invergordon Port South

Join Aleman for a private tour from Invergordon Port South to the legendary Loch Ness. You will travel in comfort in my Ford Tourneo Custom. Hear local stories and visit some of the most loved places in the Highlands.

Aleman’s tip: Many guests step off the ship with their golf bags. If you want green time, tell me early. I can shape the day so you enjoy a calm stop at a local course. The rest of the day stays easy and steady.

Worth knowing: Loch Ness is deeper than the North Sea and stretches more than 20 miles. Even if Nessie hides, the atmosphere of the loch stays with you.

Important : Tickets are not included. You can book directly with Historic Environment Scotland if you wish to visit inside. If you are also planning to visit the Loch Ness Centre, it is often convenient to book Urquhart Castle for around 9:30 am.

Aleman’s tip: This is one of my favourite places to stop for a short break. You can really feel the stillness of the loch here.

Aleman’s tip: Let me know if you would like to include the centre. I will help plan the timing so it fits into the day.
Important: Tickets are not included. Please book in advance. If you are also visiting Urquhart Castle, it may work well to book the castle for around 9:30 am. You can then book the Loch Ness Centre between 10:30 and 11:00 am.

Aleman’s tip: A short visit here adds depth to the day. There is a cafe and a rest area if you wish to pause for a moment.

Worth knowing: The site is free to visit and takes about 20 minutes to explore.

Aleman’s tip: I can suggest a few lovely places for lunch that serve good food and offer friendly service.

Worth knowing: Entry to the cathedral is free for general visits. Some areas may be restricted during services or maintenance.
Aleman’s tip: Let me know if you are looking for something in particular. I am happy to help you find it.

Important: Tours are popular in summer, so it is best to book in advance.

Aleman’s tip: Bring your camera. The Highland cows always know how to pose for a good picture.

Important: Cawdor Castle opens from April to October. Tickets are not included and can be booked directly on the official website.

Aleman’s tip: I can plan accommodation stops and suggest great B&Bs and restaurants along the way.

Aleman’s tip: Some places (like distilleries or castle entries) require pre-booking, especially in summer.
